AI Fashion Designer Creates Collection Based Entirely on Bread Emojis

NEW YORK, NY – The fashion world was left both confused and captivated yesterday when AI designer “FashionByte” unveiled its Spring 2025 collection consisting entirely of garments inspired by bread emojis.

The show, which featured models walking down a runway made of actual toast, showcased everything from baguette-shaped evening gowns to croissant berets and bagel-inspired accessories.

“We fed our AI system nothing but bread emojis for six months,” explained tech developer and inadvertent fashion mogul Dennis Chang. “Honestly, we were trying to create a bakery management app, but the AI insisted it had discovered ‘the next big thing’ in fashion.”

Fashion critics were initially skeptical but quickly warmed to what’s being called “Carb Couture.” Vogue editor Miranda Priestley was overheard commenting, “It’s not terrible” – her highest praise in fifteen years.

The collection’s standout piece, a wedding dress modeled after a sourdough starter, reportedly took 37 seconds for the AI to design but required 732 hours of human labor to actually create.

“The yeast pocket details are revolutionary,” gushed fashion blogger Tiffany Moore. “And the way the dress literally rises in humid conditions? Genius!”

Celebrity stylist Jason Rodriguez has already secured several pieces for his A-list clients. “Everyone will be wearing bread this summer. It’s both a fashion statement and an emergency snack.”

FashionByte’s next collection is already in development after the AI accidentally scanned a pizza menu instead of fabric swatches, with insiders hinting at pepperoni palazzo pants and mozzarella miniskirts for Fall 2025.
